I Came Home To Myself.

My work is born not only from what I have studied, but from what I have lived.

Through motherhood , caregiving , profound life transitions, my own health journey and spiritual awakening. I discovered something deeply transformative: that sometimes the experiences that bring us to our knees are the very experiences that invite us to meet ourselves at a deeper level that we never knew existed.

Through my personal transformation, I began reconnecting with my authentic self, embracing self-acceptance, rediscovering self-love, and learning that choosing myself was not an act of selfishness, but an act of love.

Today my mission is simple

To guide women, especially in midlife and beyond, who are navigating health challenges and life transitions, to reconnect with themselves and come home to who they truly are.

To help women recognize that choosing themselves does not mean abandoning the people they love.It means finally including themselves in that love.

And from that place of self-love, a beautiful new chapter can begin.

  1. Ignite Your Love Within

It means choosing not to abandon yourself.

And when you ignite that love within, you carry a different light into everything you touch.

    Imagine the possibilities.

  2. Where I Come From

I was born in India into a big, close family, where connection has always been at the heart of who I am. I grew up with two sisters and a brother, including my identical twin, with whom I share a bond like no other.

My journey has taken me from India to Hong Kong, Canada, Texas, Africa, and back to Texas again. Each place shaped a different part of me. I love to travel, dance, laugh, connect and experience all that life has to offer.

At the center of my world are the people I love: my two children, Vikash and Karina, and my husband. And of course, my two grandchildren, who have opened my heart in an entirely new way.

  3. Today

    I embrace all of myself:

    • Wife
    • Mother
    • Grandmother
    • Sister
    • Twin
    • Friend
    • Traveller
    • Dancer
    • Spiritual woman
    • Guide
  4. What Life Taught Me

My life has taught me that we don’t have to choose between loving others and loving ourselves. We can hold both.

  5. Lost In The Roles

For most of my life, I believed being a good woman meant caring for everyone else. I married at 18. In 2006, an accident left my son paralyzed. For years, I poured myself into helping him rebuild his life. I became the cheerleader, the caregiver and the strong one.

Somewhere within all that love and responsibility, I lost touch with myself. For 16 years I rarely stopped to ask myself, “Malka, what do you need?”

Then I was diagnosed with stage three colorectal cancer.

  6. The Journey Home

My healing journey became an inward one as well as a physical one. Through medical care, meditation, spiritual practices, visualization, hypnotherapy, and deeper inner work, I learned to listen inward, trust myself and reconnect with the woman within.

  7. Mission

When a woman begins honoring herself, something shifts. She becomes:

    • More connected to her truth
    • More present in her body
    • More willing to use her voice
    • More courageous about her desires
    • And more alive in her own life.

Your Next Chapter

What if this is your time?

What if midlife isn’t asking you to become less? What if it is inviting you to become more of yourself?

What if you stopped apologizing for wanting more joy? More freedom? More peace? More creativity? More connection? More life?

You don’t have to know exactly what comes next. You only have to become willing to listen to the part of you that knows something new is ready to begin.

You have spent a lifetime loving everyone else. Now, beautiful woman… let yourself be one of them.
